If a scheduled mediation becomes inconvenient or you are unable to attend, please contact Md8 as soon as possible but in any event at least 48 hours in advance. Where I receive notice of a cancellation within less than 48 hours, a charge of one hour (£130.00) will be applied unless there are exceptional circumstances.
