Referrals to Mediation
Referrals can be made by a solicitor, the court or by you.
Sometimes other family members contact the mediator first on behalf of another person looking for information and guidance. I am always happy to talk about mediation but an appointment can only be made by the individual who will be attending. (Unless exceptional circumstances apply).
As it is your life, your children, your financial settlement and your future, you will be responsible for making decisions and implementing them. Contacting a mediation service and agreeing to attend the initial (MIAM) appointment is that first step forward.
All you need to do is contact me via email or via my mobile telephone. Leave a message if I don’t answer. It is likely I will be with a client and cannot answer the call.
